Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3/4 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 cups blueberry, frozen
  • 1/2 cups yogurt, natural greek

Preparation

Place coconut water, pineapple, kale, blueberry and Greek yoghurt in the blender until integrated.
Serve in a glass and enjoy.
