This bowl is a very practical, nutritious and easy to prepare meal, as well as being low in carbohydrates. It is served with surimi, serrano pepper, avocado and chipotle sauce and can be the perfect lunch for work, because it is healthy, light and tasty.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1 package of Cauliflower Eva® Bits 454 grams
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 of Cup of Classic Hellmann´s® Mayonnaise for chipotle sauce
  • 1/8 of Cup of sauce chipotle, for chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar for chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sauce ponzu, for chipotle sauce
  • 1/4 of piece of cream cheese for chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth for chipotle sauce
  • 300 grams of surimi cut into strips
  • 1 avocado fan cut
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper sliced
  • 1/4 of Cup of cambray onion (tail) sliced
  • enough of black sesame seed at your service

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water, blanch your Eva® Cauliflower Bits and add a tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth. Remove from cooking, strain and reserve.
    For chipotle sauce, place the Classic Hellmann's® Mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, rice vinegar, ponzu sauce, cream cheese, season with a tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth, and blend until you get it a smooth sauce. Reservation.
    In a bowl, place the bleached Eva® Cauliflower Bits, accompany with surimi, avocado, serrano pepper, cambray onion tails, serve with chipotle sauce and decorate with black sesame seeds. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with surimi, chili, avocado and cambray onion tails.

    TIPS

    After bleaching it, you can immerse the cauliflower in ice water so that the cooking is cut immediately and so it is in place.
