Bread of Quinoa and Chia without Gluten

This delicious and moist quinoa and chia bread will be your favorite, besides being a bread that does not contain gluten, it is very healthy due to its high fiber content, it is an excellent option for celiacs.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups of quinoa Soaked in water 1 day before
  • 1/4 of Cup of chia
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of sodium bicarbonate
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of amaranth flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of sunflower seed

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
    Soak the chia seeds in ½ cup of water, until they fold if size.
    Add the quinoa in a processor and the chia soaked, and ½ cup of water, olive oil, baking soda, salt, and lemon juice. Process until a pasty mixture is obtained for 3 minutes.
    Add the amaranth flour little by little until it is completely integrated.
    Line a mold with wax paper and cover with spray oil.
    Empty the mixture in the mold and distribute perfectly, cover with the sunflower seeds and bake for 1 hour. Approx.
    It must be golden on the outside and slightly moist inside. Remove from the mold and let cool.

    PRESENTATION

    Slice as you are going to use it and accompany it with freshly made jam.

    TIPS

    You can change the sunflower seeds for oats.
