Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 zucchini
  • 300 oaxaca cheese, grated
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olive oils, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees C.
Wash and disinfect your medium size zucchini.
Cut the ends, and cut them right in the middle.
Now with the help of a spoon, you can remove the center, it will make you easy, your zucchini will not break.
Once the centers are clean, start filling your zucchini with the grated cheese, a drizzle of olive oil and season with pepper and lemon to taste.
Enter your zucchini in the oven for about 30 minutes, you will see that the cheese melts and will remain with a good consistency when tasting it.

PRESENTATION

Serve the zucchini with a slice of garlic bread.
