The canelloni of egg whites stuffed with rajas is a delicious preparation. The recipe for canelloni is inspired by Italian cuisine, only that we bring a delicious Mexican touch to make the preparation even more delicious.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3/4 cups San Juan® Egg White
  • 250 grams Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas)
  • 300 milliliters cream
  • 150 grams manchego cheese
  • 10 grams salt
  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 20 grams butter

Preparation

Season the egg whites and beat lightly.
Fry the onion, add the slices, add the cream and at the end, add the grated Manchego cheese. Season and reserve
Heat the butter, add a little of the mixture of the whites and cook (taking care not to burn the preparation). Remove from the pan and cut into rectangles.
Fill with rajas and roll up. Sprinkle the cheese, gratin in the oven. To serve.

Es una receta deliciosa pero si estás a dieta no la recomiendo en lo absoluto ya que contiene crema y queso manchego, 100gramos de queso manchego aportan 420 calorías (casi una cuarta parte de las calorías que debemos consumir en un día).
