The Capresse salad is a typical dish of Italian cuisine, here we present an adaptation to the recipe, where we include delicious egg white, increasing the protein content of breakfast and providing a delicious flavor.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 60 grams of San Juan® egg whites
  • 90 grams of mozzarella cheese of buffalo
  • 60 grams of tomato
  • 10 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 grams of basil
  • 4 grams of white pinion
  • 2 grams of soybean sprouts
  • ground black peppers to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 piece of basil (the flower)

    Preparation

    Cook the San Juan® egg whites in a skillet, salt and pepper to taste and cut into circles.
    Slice the tomatoes and cheese into medium slices.
    Place the germ in the center of the plate, top with the tomato slices of mozzarella cheese and egg whites. Pepper.
    Blend the basil leaves with olive oil and the pine nut, remove and bathe the salad with it.
