Heat the oil in a pan, add cauliflower to put salt. Brown a little as 4 minutes on each side and turn carefully and continue cooking the other side, lower the heat until golden brown on all sides.
While in a bowl combine 2 tablespoons of water and a tablespoon of oil, onion, honey, ground coriander seeds, paprika and red pepper flakes.
Put the onion mixture in the pan with the cauliflower and cook a minute until the onion is soft. Continue cooking until the liquid has almost evaporated and the cauliflower is glazed, about 4 minutes more.
Transfer to a platter and add the lemon juice and the scrape, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
