Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups Cauliflower Eva® Bits, 454 g
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough refried bean, To accompany

Preparation

Pour the Cauliflower Eva® Bits into a pot of hot water. Cook for 4 minutes, drain and cool down under the stream of cold water. Remove excess water with the help of a cotton cloth. Reserve until use.
Place the Cauliflower Eva® Bits in a bowl and add the garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, cornmeal and coriander, season with salt and pepper, and mix until integrated. With the help of your hands, form balls of dough and reserve.
In a tortilla press, place a plastic and press the ball to form the tortilla.
On a comal over medium heat, cook the tortilla on both sides until lightly golden brown.
Try these tortillas with refried beans.

Accompany these tortillas with nopal salad.

TIPS

You can drain the Cauliflower Eva® Bits on absorbent paper, the drier, the better the texture of the tortilla.
