Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 jicama, median
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 1 habanero pepper, roasted
  • 5 lemons, cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste fresh coriander, to decorate
  • to taste avocado, in a fan shape to decorate
  • to taste fried or toasted corn tortilla, baked to accompany

Preparation

On a board and with the help of a knife cut the jicama, the mango, the tomato and the diced cucumber. Chop the coriander and habanero chile finely.
Place all the vegetables in a bowl, mix and squeeze the lemons, add the olive oil, the oregano, salt and pepper.
Serve on corn tostados and garnish with cilantro and avocado.
