On a board and with the help of a knife cut the jicama, the mango, the tomato and the diced cucumber. Chop the coriander and habanero chile finely.
Place all the vegetables in a bowl, mix and squeeze the lemons, add the olive oil, the oregano, salt and pepper.
Serve on corn tostados and garnish with cilantro and avocado.
