Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 lemons, big (your juice)
  • 1/2 kilos surimi, diced
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped to taste
  • ketchup, to taste
  • 2 onions, Finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers, without fresh and chopped seeds
  • 1 bunch radish, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tomtato, big chopped
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Cover the surimi with lemon and add the tomato, onions, cucumbers, radishes and garlic.
Stir and add jalapeños and cilantro. Add catsup to taste.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread.
