Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos wheat, cooked whole
  • carrots
  • red tomatoes
  • fresh coriander
  • onions
  • bell pepper
  • 8 lemons
  • salt

Preparation

The whole wheat cooked its cooking time is approx 30 minutes or until it takes a clear coffee color pearl (previously you will have to leave it soaking a night before the day you want to do).
Squeeze 8 lemons approximately (may be more or less as you like).

Serve on toast with avocado.

TIPS
