Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of chia
  • 1/4 of Cup of sunflower seed
  • 1/4 of Cup of pumpkin seed toast
  • 2 spoonfuls of flaxseed
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 3/4 of Cup of amaranth flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of canola oil
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 spoonfuls of peppermint
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 green lemon
  • to taste of salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients so that the seeds are hydrated. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Place the dough in a non-stick plastic, with flour and cover with another piece of plastic. With the help of a roller, it extends to 1 mm thick.
Cut out the size of a salty cookie, approximately 4 cm x 4 cm and place it on a baking sheet. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
For the dip, liquefy the avocado with the mint, olive oil and lemon juice, salpimenta.
Serve cookies with the dip.
