Preparation
brown the chicken (strips or small cubes) in a casserole with little oil
Add the onions already chopped (in thin strips) with the chicken (do not leave much time). Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
Cut the carrots into strips with the bell pepper, mushrooms and potatoes, (you can also cut them to your liking) Place them on top of the chicken.
Add the broth until the vegetables are covered. Leave on a low heat for 20 minutes.
Dislover the cornstarch in the wine. Add in a side stirring saucepan to mix the sauce and leave it to the fire a couple of minutes more. (Try not to mix with force)
Pour the milk cream and mix carefully
