Ingredients

2 portions
  • 200 grams cabbage, cut in julienne
  • 100 grams broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams celery, cut into sticks
  • 150 grams carrot, cut into little sticks
  • 80 grams bean sprouts, Chinese
  • 200 grams chicken, in strips cooked
  • 150 grams bacon, chopped
  • soy sauce, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 4 tablespoons of cold water
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, medium, cut in julienne
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • corn oil, or canola or sunflower, enough to sauté everything
  • shrimps, optional

Preparation

In a wok or large pan, heat the oil add the bacon, sauté for 2 minutes, add the chicken, continue until almost brown, then if you want the precooked shrimp, garlic, onion the minute the rest and all the vegetables, salt, pepper
When changing color and see the cooked consistency, add the Chinese sprouts, the well dissolved corn starch and soy sauce to taste, stir and continue sautéing for a minute or two more.
Serve hot, it is a healthy and complete meal if you want to accompany it with rice and a milkshake with pineapple and good fruit.

TIPS

It is a complete meal but I could accompany if it is for children with fries, and for adults rice, it is advisable to drink pineapple juice as an accompaniment for people with slow digestion.

excelente el tiempo se registró mal, quise poner 20 minutos pues eso es lo que tarda depende tu experiencia en cocina podría ser media hora :)
