Coconut Cookies and Healthy Almonds

You never imagined how easy and quick they are to prepare these healthy coconut and almond cookies. You only need 4 ingredients, process and bake. The best thing is that they have an unequaled texture and are full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of almond
  • 1 Cup of grated coconut
  • 6 pieces of boneless date
  • 1 tablespoon of Water

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Process the almonds for 3 minutes until a powder is obtained. Add coconut, dates and water. Process two more minutes until you get a dough.
    Form the cookies with your hands and place them on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 7 minutes or until golden brown on the edges. Chill and serve with milk.
