The recipe of Cream of Broccoli, Green Bean and Spinach is a delicious preparation, with a good contribution of potassium, perfect for people who do not like to eat vegetables. It is a very tasty and homemade recipe.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 10 green beans
  • 5 leaves spinach
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 cups manchego cheese

Preparation

Bring broccoli, green beans and spinach with salt to taste.
Once the vegetables have cooled slightly, add them to the blender for one minute.
In a saucepan add butter and over medium heat until melted.
Add the vegetables, add the chicken broth and move.
Let it boil, always mixing to avoid sticking.
We add the cream, mix it and if necessary add salt.
And the cream is ready!

PRESENTATION

In a bowl with croutons and decorate with a small leaf of coriander.

TIPS

At the time of serving, we scatter striped cheese and its taste is even more delicious.
