It's a rich pizza for a birthday event or other celebration.

50 portions
  • 1 kilo flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 20 grams yeast powder
  • 50 grams butter
  • soy sauce, and oregano
  • 2 cups Water, approximately
  • 1/2 kilos mozzarella cheese
  • 1 liter mashed tomatoes
  • 1 package sausage, to roast
  • 1/2 kilos Ham, Virginia
  • 1 boat mushroom, whole or sliced
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 can pickled chili pepper, girl

We put the flour on the table, we add the sugar, salt and yeast, stir and make a source.
We add the warm water little by little and knead it. We add soy sauce and in the end the butter to soften the dough.
Since we have a soft and elastic dough, let it rest for 30 minutes. After the time we take 3/4 of mass and spread out on the table to cover a tray of 45x65 centimeters and the other, a round of 40 centimeters.
Empty the tomato puree over the dough and then all the ingredients previously chopped or diced and finally the grated cheese on top. Sprinkle the oregano and bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
We put the flour on the table, we add the sugar, salt and yeast. We stir and make a source.

It is removed and cut into squares or triangles and served warmly.

The sausage for roasting is sliced thin and we use it as salami. We can make half with chili and the other does not.
