Sometimes we get hungry and we do not know what to eat, this corn is easy to prepare and very rich.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 corn, tender (corn)
  • 20 grams anise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • chili pepper
  • oils
  • black pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, to taste
  • herb, huacatay, well chopped to taste (Peruvian herb)

Preparation

Cook the loc choclos (tender corn) with sugar and anise.
Chop the chili pepper very small.
Mix the ají with the huacatay well minced, add lemon, pepper, salt and oil.

PRESENTATION

Put the corn on a plate and on its side the chili.

TIPS

You can serve the whole corn and accompany it with the ají or shred it and put the chili in a little bowl nearby to accompany it.
