Preparation
Roast, peel and clean the peppers, liquefy them with the onion, garlic and chile serrano.
Spray a saucepan with 2 Original PAM® shots, fry the sauce, season with the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
Apart place the tortillas in a tray and sprinkle with 1 shot of PAM® Original each tortilla, pass them through the sauce and place them on the plate they are going to serve.
Fill each enchilada with the meat, place them in a microwave oven and cover with the grated cheese.
