Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added, drinkable, mango flavor
  • 1/4 cups almond, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cups coconut, grated and roasted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, in slices, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups peach in syrup, in slices, to decorate
  • 1/4 cups cereal, wholewheat

Preparation

In a bowl mix Yoplait Greek Yogurt® with no added sugar drinkable mango flavor with almonds, walnuts, coconut and vanilla.
Pour into in a deep tray covered with waxed paper and spread with the help of a spatula to the thickness you want. Decorate the surface with strawberries, peaches and cereal.
Freeze the previous preparation until it is solid. Remove from the tray and cut with a knife. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Break apart randomly and present on waxed paper.

TIPS

You can make them as thick as you want, just take into account that the thicker the bars, the longer they will freeze.
