A rich combination of fruits with the touch of natural yogurt, ideal for a delicious and nutritious breakfast, as well as energy. The granola if a little gustito.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 Red Apple, big
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 liters natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cups granola, to taste

Preparation

Split the apple in half, eliminating the seeds.
Split one of the halves into eight equal parts and reserve in water with a few drops of lemon.
Cut into squares the other half of the apple, as well as the already peeled kiwi and the disheartened peach, mix these three ingredients.
Place in each of the glasses, four of the apple slices distributed.
Add two tablespoons of natural yogurt and half of the mixture of kiwi, peach and apple already chopped.
Add half of the remaining yogurt in each cup and add granola to taste. Now you are ready to enjoy each spoonful.
If desired, you can add chopped natural strawberries or chopped pear, as well as blueberries and chopped nuts.

PRESENTATION

In a round or square cup, with a mint or walnut leaf in halves.

TIPS

Serve it very cold.
