Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams chickpea, raw
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Soak the chickpeas in water for 2 days. Change the water every 12 hours.
After two days, drain the chickpeas, puree them in a blender, without using a lot of water.
