Preparation
Make the pizza dough: In a bowl dissolve yeast and sugar with the hot water to form bubbles like 10 minutes. In large bowl stir flour, oil, salt and yeast mixture. Knead to make a smooth dough. Put in a container smeared with oil, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to double the volume, for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 210ºC. Have ready 2 oven trays varnished with olive oil.
On a floured surface with a rolling pin flatten the pizza dough in 2 rectangles of 25 x 30 cms. Cut them in half lengthways and then make perpendicular cuts in strips about 2 cm wide. Make a loose knot with them and arrange them in a tray separated by 2 cm from each other. Coat with oil and bake 20 or 25 minutes to begin to brown and let cool. Apart combine garlic, oil, parsley, salt and pepper and varnish each little bun with this mixture, serve hot.
