A fast and healthy fresh way to consume the sprouts is in a sandwich, the beneficial properties that the sprouts have to our organism are many, I recommend consuming them regularly.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • 3 cups soybean sprout, or a combination of different types of sprouts.
  • light yogurt, to taste

Preparation

Mix in a bowl the sprouts to integrate very well.
On each slice to spread yogurt.
Place in the center of the bread a considerable amount of germinated, lid.
Cut into triangles and serve.

PRESENTATION

On a plate you put the sandwich in the middle and cut it in half, it is supremely delicious.

TIPS

You can add slices of tomato or slices of apple, or avocado, or cucumber in thin slices, as well as cheese of your choice and / or ham to make them more loaded.
