Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 nopales, clean and chopped
  • 5 slices Turkey ham
  • 2 tomatoes, boy
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 packages meat, shucked of guten
  • 1 clove ground garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • oils
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 package mashed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Chop the nopales, ham and vegetables in squares.
In a pan put a tablespoon of oil, when hot, add the chopped vegetables. Season with salt and garlic to taste.
Add the tomato puree and water, cover so that the cactus is cooked. Leave 15 minutes on medium heat.
Add the shredded meat.
Once cooked the cactus, add the egg whites and stir until they are well incorporated.

PRESENTATION

It can be eaten with baked toast or tortillas.
