Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 banana
  • light yogurt, natural
  • granolas
  • dried fruits, dried apricots, apple, apricot
  • raisins
  • almonds
  • bee honey
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg powder

Preparation

Pour the yogurt in a deep bowl. Add a splash of honey, do not stir.
Cut the banana into half moons, add half.
Add the nuts of your choice, raisins, and almonds.
Sprinkle nuts that are to your liking or granola with raisins or cranberries
Add the granola and the rest of the banana.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

PRESENTATION

Serves chilled preferably.

TIPS

You can add a splash of milk of oats, soy or almond, it will give a wonderful flavor.
