This recipe that we are going to give you is delicious and easy to make Enchiladas Verdes prepared with corn tortillas, stuffed with chicken or you can put the stuffing that you like.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1/2 onions
  • 10 chile de árbol peppers
  • 7 green tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 branch fresh coriander, disinfected
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, in juliana
  • 1 fresh cheese
  • 16 tortillas
  • oils
  • salt
  • 1/4 cups cream

Preparation

First, cook the chicken with a piece of onion, water and salt. Since this cooked crumbles it.
In a separate saucepan, cook the tomatoes and chilies for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Now put in the blender, the boiled tomatoes, the chilies, the garlic, the cilantro and put it to season with salt.

TIPS

The last step is to garnish the green enchiladas with the lettuce, the fresh cheese crumbled or grated and cream to taste.
