This shake will fill your day with energy, as well as being nutritious it is very refreshing and depurative due to its high fiber content which contributes to a good digestion and to keep you satisfied.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 banana
  • 1 slice pineapple, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons Green Tea, matcha
  • enough peppermint, to decorate
  • enough ice

Preparation

In a blender, add the banana, pineapple, peanut butter, almond milk, flaxseed, green tea and ice cubes, blend for 3 minutes.
Pour over a tall glass and decorate with mint leaves.

PRESENTATION

In a tall glass decorated with fresh mint.

TIPS

You can substitute almond milk for soy milk.
