Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower, in Little pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 package Virginia Turkey Ham Lala® Plenia®
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped into medium cubes
  • enough flakes of chili, to decorate
  • enough olive oil, to decorate

Preparation

For the dough, grate the cauliflower finely on a board. Now mix it in a bowl with the egg, the almond flour, the Parmesan cheese, the oregano, the thyme and the salt until you have a homogeneous mass.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spread the dough on a surface, shape it and place on a pizza tray. Bake 20 minutes.
Pour the tomato sauce, the mozzarella cheese over the dough and distribute the pineapple and Lala Plenia® turkey Virginia ham; bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
Cut the pizza and garnish with chili flakes and olive oil.
