Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into small trees, wash and disinfect well.
Put to boil in a pot with water and baking soda. While boiling beat the egg with nougat and crack the cheese.
Cook the cauliflower in the salt water, and wait until it is cooked; remember that it is not for a long time because it is soon ruined.
Make a kind of pasta with the cauliflower cooked and drained, mix with the cheese. Make balls.
Place inside the beaten egg and fry with little oil, browning on both sides the pancake already crushed. Place on kitchen paper to remove excess grease.
To serve.
