Preparation
Place a box of vita film in a cup forming a hole to put the white inside pepper and close with the ends up with a knot and boil the San Juan® egg white in boiling water for 5 minutes, cut and set aside.
In a saucepan cook the pasta al dente in water with a little oil and a pinch of salt, drain the pasta and set aside.
In a pan saute the vegetables with olive oil, season, add the pasta to the hot vegetables, adding and rectify seasoning.
Serve in the desired dish, add a few drops of olive oil, decorate with pumpkin nugget, black sesame and egg white.
