This recipe for homemade almond milk is ideal if you can not go to buy it at the supermarket or if you prefer to prepare it yourself. With this recipe you will fall in love with the sweet flavor of the date and the touch of vanilla essence that this will contribute to the preparation.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of almond
  • 3 cups of Water to soak the almond
  • 3 pieces of date
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of Salt
  • 4 1/2 cups of Water

    Preparation

    In a bowl, soak the almonds in water overnight. Strain the almonds and reserve.
    In the blender add the almonds with dates, vanilla essence, salt and water. Blends perfectly well to extract all the flavor of the almond.
    In a bowl, spread a blanket of sky and serve what you liquefied, close the blanket of sky and squeeze or filter the liquid perfectly until a completely dry paste is left.
    Store the almond milk in a glass container under refrigeration. Enjoy
