Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup oats, organic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • cinnamon
  • unsalted butter
  • agave honey

Preparation

In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Incorporate eggs, oats, cinnamon and vanilla.
At the end add the blueberries and mix carefully so you do not beat.
Heat the pan and add the butter, then pour the mixture into a circle. Repeat this step until you finish with the dough.
Serve and sweeten with honey.

PRESENTATION

You can store two or three blueberries to decorate.

TIPS

You can add the honey of your choice or jam.

Deliciosos nutritivos y ligeros! Yo solo agregué las claras y en lugar de mantequilla usé un poco de aceite de aguacate.
