Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cans of chickpea without its liquid
  • 1/2 Cup of canned chipotle peppers
  • 2/3 of Cup of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic cut in half
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice

    Preparation

    In a food processor put the chickpeas, the chipotle, water, olive oil, garlic and salt pepper. Leave 3 chipotles to decorate.
    Process until you have a dough and try, if necessary add more lemon or salt.
    Refrigerate for one hour.

    PRESENTATION

    Put two chipotles on top to decorate and sprinkle with paprika. Eat with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread.
