This gourmet sandwich is much healthier !!! Instead of mayonnaise we will use the delicious Hummus Libanius. It is rich in protein and will help us to have energy all day.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 2 spoonfuls of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut into slices
  • 2 pieces of egg cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh dill
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Dijon mustard
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Chop the eggs and place them in a bowl.
    Add to the bowl, the Hummus, the Dijon mustard, the dill, the paprika, the salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Spread each slice of bread with a generous portion of the mixture and cover with slices of cucumber and another slice of bread.

    TIPS

    You can add chipotle chili if you want it to bite a bit and you can toast it.
