Preparation
Chop the eggs and place them in a bowl.
Add to the bowl, the Hummus, the Dijon mustard, the dill, the paprika, the salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spread each slice of bread with a generous portion of the mixture and cover with slices of cucumber and another slice of bread.
