Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the peppers with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes or until softened, turning occasionally. Chill and remove the skin of the peppers, cut into medium-large pieces.
In a food processor, process the chickpeas together with 2 peppers, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and cumin until you obtain a smooth puree.
Cut the remaining pepper into small squares. Reservation.
