Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 pieces of red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of chickpea cooked, reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid
  • 1 piece of green lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of chili flake to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the peppers with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Place on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes or until softened, turning occasionally. Chill and remove the skin of the peppers, cut into medium-large pieces.
    In a food processor, process the chickpeas together with 2 peppers, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and cumin until you obtain a smooth puree.
    Cut the remaining pepper into small squares. Reservation.
    Serve the hummus and decorate with the pepper squares and the chili seeds.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with corn toast or beet chips.

    TIPS
