Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese
  • chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 canned artichoke
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • lemon juice, (half piece)
  • 5 grams butter
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 1 package light cream cheese

Preparation

Sauté in the olive oil and butter the spinach together with the onions until cooked. Chop the artichoke hearts and add them to sauté them. Sauté to taste and add the lemon and tabasco sauce.
Melt the cream cheese and add them to the hot cream.
Mix everything.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with toasted garlic bread or pita bread.
