These wholemeal cookies are delicious and very nutritious because when you use dark chocolate you get the benefits of chocolate without so much fat, like using wholemeal flour and low calorie sugar.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour integral
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour
  • 180 grams of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 3/4 of Cup of No Calorie Sweetener
  • 3/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 3/4 of Cup of bitter chocolate chip (dark)
  • 3/4 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 3/4 of Cup of dried cranberry
  • 1 Cup of oats

    Preparation

    Beat the butter with the sugars until fluff.
    Add the eggs and vanilla.
    Mix flour in a separate bowl with salt and baking soda. Add to the mix by beating at low level.
    Remove the mixer from the blender and continue mixing with wooden shovel or ladle. Add the oatmeal, chocolate, walnut and cranberry and mix.
    Turn the oven to 180 °.
    Prepare one or two cookie sheets with a sheet of waxed paper.
    With the help of a spoon put balls of the mixture in the tray about 3 cm away from each other as they expand.
    Bake for 10 or 15 minutes.
    Let cool and serve.

    TIPS

    You can replace the nut with almonds and the blueberries with raisins.
