Preparation
Beat the butter with the sugars until fluff.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Mix flour in a separate bowl with salt and baking soda. Add to the mix by beating at low level.
Remove the mixer from the blender and continue mixing with wooden shovel or ladle. Add the oatmeal, chocolate, walnut and cranberry and mix.
Turn the oven to 180 °.
Prepare one or two cookie sheets with a sheet of waxed paper.
With the help of a spoon put balls of the mixture in the tray about 3 cm away from each other as they expand.
Bake for 10 or 15 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
