Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour Great Value®
  • 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® iodized salt
  • 3/4 cups Water, tempered
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 4 tomatoes, roasted and skinless
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 pumpkin, in medium slices
  • 1 eggplant, in medium slices
  • 2 tomatoes, in medium slices
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, light, grated
  • 10 leaves basil, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, combine the flour with the yeast, salt, water and olive oil. Knead until completely integrated and obtain a homogeneous mass. Let stand in a bowl, lightly greased, covered for 30 min.
For the sauce, liquefy the tomatoes with the garlic, the olive oil and the oregáno season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
On a floured surface, spread out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Add the sauce and add the vegetables interspersed each, season.
Sprinkle the Manchego cheese and bake 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked. Garnish with basil.
