Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 zucchini, big
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 portobellos mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cook the rice in 3 cups of water and salt. The rice is poured once the water boils, the cooking time can be seen in the container.
On the other hand, heat the grill on medium heat and roast all the vegetables until they are tender and crispy, turning them from time to time. Salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

The rice is served and the vegetables are placed on top.
