If you have lentils in your cupboard and you do not know how to cook them, this is a great idea, since not only do they provide us with many nutrients, but they give us a delicious option without meat to be able to enjoy a classic dish.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of lentil Cooked
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of oats flakes
  • 60 grams of onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 piece of garlic Crushed
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 2 grams of Salt
  • 2 grams of black pepper
  • 100 milliliters of cream
  • 4 pieces of hamburger bun
  • 100 grams of lettuce washed and disinfected
  • 100 grams of onion in hoops
  • 100 grams of tomato sliced

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix lentils, egg, oats, onion, oregano and garlic, add flour until the mixture is homogeneous and you can form hamburgers, season with salt and pepper.
    Make balls and crush them; giving shape to the hamburger, to later pass them through hot oil.
    Heat the bread and assemble the hamburger.
    Add onions in rings, lettuce and tomato to taste.

    PRESENTATION

    You can mount the hamburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, avocado, ketchup, mustard or whatever else you like.

    TIPS

    You can add seasoning and spices to the mixture to give it more flavor.
