Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams Lentil Legumes La Asturiana® *
  • 1 chives, cool
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, Sierra de Gata® *
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar, Colavita® *
  • 50 grams tuna in oil, Pescamar® *
  • 2 eggs, Cooked
  • salt, Foam of Sea® *

Preparation

We put the lentils in a pot with water.
When the water boils the lentils are cooked until they are tender (about twenty or thirty minutes) and strained.
On the other hand, we cut the spring onion, the green pepper, the red bell pepper and the garlic clove in brounoisse (minced in a very small square).
Mix the onion, garlic, green pepper and red pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and vinegar.
We add the seasoning to the lentils and stir well.
We leave the mixture for one hour in the fridge.
Serve tempered as a salad along with a bit of bonito in oil or some eggs cooked and peeled, all on a bed of mixed lettuce.
