We present a very nutritious recipe, perfect for people who like to follow a diet, because its taste is delicious and has few calories. The lettuce salad is easy to prepare, it does not take much time and the combination of the fruits, with the lettuce, tomato, red pepper, jicama and the dressing is simply delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 jicama
  • 1/4 cups cranberry
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 pineapples
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups vinegar
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

All well-washed vegetables are disinfected, the lettuce is cut into not very large squares. The pepper, tomato, onion, jicama, and fruit are sliced ​​into smaller squares. Stir very well and add the blueberries.
For the dressing: in a container place the vinegar, the juice of the two lemons, the mustard, pepper and salt. Stir very well and add to the salad.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a wooden salad bowl.

TIPS

Place the dressing at the last moment, this way you will avoid letting your lettuce water.
