Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 cups soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, sugarfree
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 2 cups ice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender and mix well.
Add the ice and mix until it has turned frappe.

PRESENTATION

Serve the shake in glass glasses or thermos if it is to carry.
