Preparation
Mix the grated carrot with cottage cheese and Philadelphia cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice.
Heat the tops and fill them with the carrot mixture. Make the taquitos.
In a hot pan, sprinkle a little oil and fry the taquitos.
Serve hot and decorate with a little avocado and spicy sauce if you like.
