Mama's light taquitos are a simple, economical and very light recipe. Try it and you will see that everyone loves them.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 flour tortillas, you can be integral
  • 6 carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups curd
  • Philadephia cheese, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • cooking spray oils
  • avocados
  • sauces, of your preference
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix the grated carrot with cottage cheese and Philadelphia cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice.
Heat the tops and fill them with the carrot mixture. Make the taquitos.
In a hot pan, sprinkle a little oil and fry the taquitos.
Serve hot and decorate with a little avocado and spicy sauce if you like.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany them with almost anything, as main course or side dish.

TIPS

Do not add the lemon from the beginning. And prepare them instantly to enjoy the fresh flavor.
