  • 2 grams baking soda, without double action aluminum
  • 2 grams sea ​​salt, fine
  • 1/2 cups coconut oil, organic, warm melt
  • 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon matcha, powder ceremonial grade
  • 1/3 cups raspberry, or fresh blackberries or half and half or dried apricots

Preparation

Grease a medium pan mold and line the base with paper. You can also make it in molds of pancakes or a cake mold of 22 cm. Preheat oven to 160 ° c.

TIPS

The cake lasts 3 days well wrapped in plastic wrap. You can freeze for longer shelf life in ziplock bag up to 1 month.
