Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 guajillo chilies, without seeds
  • 3 chile de árbol peppers, without seeds
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seed
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seed, toast

Preparation

In a blender liquefy the guajillo chile with the chile de árbol, until you have a powder of chili peppers.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat place the almonds, nuts, sunflower seed and pip, add the chilli powder and let it toast for 1 minute more. Let it cool.

TIPS

To make your snack last longer you can place them in sachets and store them.
