Ingredients

6 portions
  • 18 shrimps, large, cooked pieces
  • 6 sticks surimi, in pieces
  • 2 red peppers, cut in pictures
  • 300 grams Salmon, cut into pieces
  • 30 skewer sticks
  • 1 Italian lettuce
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Once all the ingredients are cut, insert them in the skewers for skewers, a skewer with each ingredient.
