An easy, fast and nutritious breakfast. Perfect for when you want to start your day with a very healthy breakfast and that does not take you long to prepare them. A recipe so easy that it will not take more than 5 minutes to cook it.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 apple, cut into squares
  • 1 cup raisin, and blueberries or any dried fruit.
  • yogurt, natural to taste
  • 1/2 cups oats, soaked
  • honey, to taste
  • granolas, to taste

Preparation

Place 1 tablespoon of honey (or to taste) in a deep dish. Add the oatmeal.
Add the yogurt, apple, nuts and granola.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a cup.

TIPS

It is recommended to soak the oats previously.
