Preparation
Blend the cream, cheese, chipotle pepper, pasilla pepper, cilantro and garlic.
Heat a tablespoon of butter, pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Heat the butter in a pan and cook the Zucchini Eva® Noodles for about 5 minutes or until “al dente”.
Pour the sauce, add and let cook for 3 more minutes over low heat.
Serve on an extended plate and decorate with pasilla chili rings, fresh coriander and Parmesan.
