Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 pasilla chili pepper, deveined, roasted and soaked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 Clams of Noodles from Zucchini Eva®, 300 gc / u
  • to taste pasilla chili pepper, in fried rings to decorate
  • to taste fresh coriander, to decorate
  • to taste Parmesan, To accompany

Preparation

Blend the cream, cheese, chipotle pepper, pasilla pepper, cilantro and garlic.
Heat a tablespoon of butter, pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
Heat the butter in a pan and cook the Zucchini Eva® Noodles for about 5 minutes or until “al dente”.
Pour the sauce, add and let cook for 3 more minutes over low heat.
Serve on an extended plate and decorate with pasilla chili rings, fresh coriander and Parmesan.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with Parmesan cheese, fresh coriander and pasilla chile rings.

TIPS

As a healthier option, you can substitute the whipping cream with light natural yogurt.
